  • What payment methods do you accept, do you offer cash on delivery?

  • How often do I need to add litter?
    It's advisable to regularly monitor the level of cat litter in the litter box and replenish it promptly when low. By observing your cat's toileting and eating patterns, you can estimate when additional litter might be needed. Typically, for cats using the box frequently, adding litter every two to three days is recommended to maintain a sufficient amount for their use. Of course, the specific time interval for adding cat litter needs to be determined based on the actual situation of your cat.

    We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them. 
  • How long does the refund take?
    Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    Once processed, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank account or contact your bank for details.
  • Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
    If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
  • Do you offer free shipping, and how long does shipping take?
    We offer a free shipping for orders in the lower 48 states. The shipping time typically takes 3-7 business days, the actual delivery time depending on your location.
